Seravica is one of the largest Poultry Slaughter companies in Venezuela. As a result of company expansion, Seravica needed two more industrial crate washing systems to clean their live bird crates.
In cooperation with the Dutch company, Meyn Poultry Processing Equipment, Numafa was delighted to sell Seravica two washing systems for cleaning live bird crates.
To obtain perfect cleaned live bird crates, a washing system needs to meet various important requirements. When cleaning highly polluted crates at full speed a lot of dirt and feathers land in the washing water, therefore a separate bow strainer filters the washing water in order to lengthen the life time of the recycled water, which creates money savings and benefits the environment. These specially designed washing systems are delivered with a pre-soak section, a pre-wash and main-wash section. The systems are installed in Venezuela right at this moment.
