Demonstration High Pressure Label Remover on Interpack 2008

On the Interpack 2008 Numafa will provide the latest updates on developments in the field of label removal, filtration and crate folding and unfolding.

The High Pressure Label Remover (HPLR) removes different kinds of labels that are placed on the crate during its cycle in the supply chain. This solution can be integrated as part of a newly ordered washing system but can also be integrated into an existing system.

Various types of crates can be handled by our label remover unit and depending on the crate design even all four sides can be cleaned in one pass through the washing tunnel. In some cases it is even possible to remove stickers from the inside of the crate.

When removing labels, small particles of label residue can enter the washing water which will need to be removed by means of filtration. During the exhibition we will be pleased to tell you all about our different solutions for your filtration requirements.

The High Capacity Crate Unfolder and Folder (HCCU/HCCF) automatically folds and unfolds collapsible crates. Depending on the type of crate these systems can handle a capacity of up to 2000 crates per hour. Almost every collapsible crate can be unfolded and folded by these machines, e.g. EPS, IFCO, STECO and CHEP.
