Domino’s Pizza Turkey uses spic-and-span crates

Numafa airblow systemThe production of a crate washing system for Domino’s Pizza Istanbul in Turkey has just been completed. The fresh balls of dough for the pizza bases are made and placed into crates in this depot, and then transported to the DP outlets. When they come back, the empty crates are first cleaned thoroughly and hygienically before being filled again. Filling the crates with dough again is only possible when the crates are bone-dry out of the machine. The system is running at full speed with 900 crates per hour. The Turkish Domino’s Pizza plant choose Numafa because of the many positive European customer references in Norway, United Kingdom and Spain.
