After having mechanically positioned and fitted all the cabling for all the systems supplied, we are currently busy testing components such as stacking/destacking, palletising/depalletising, folding/unfolding etc.

We expect to have completed this by the end of November, after which the thrilling general capacity test will be conducted and the entire system will be operational as per 1 January 2008.

At the start of this year Numafa CL started the implementation of this project. A double track project with palletisers/depalletisers, stackers/unstackers, folders and unfolders, a crate-cleaning system consisting of several sections and a lot of handy new features that will be positioned on two different floor levels.

The system from start to finish contains more than 100 tons of stainless steel, 50 km of electrical cabling and 5,000 input and output signals to control switches and motors. In total 70 lorry loads of material were delivered. This project includes almost all new developments that Numafa CL has introduced in recent years. We are really enjoying working on and are very enthusiastic about this project!
