High pressure sticker remover

High Pressure Sticker RemoverFood traceability is becoming more and more important; both for food safety and bio terrorism as the consumer’s right to know. Nowadays men can track cattle from birth to finished product to control the risk of diseases, and the same applies to food shipments to reduce the risk of tampering. Traceability systems are also being used to inform consumers about food attributes like country of origin, animal welfare and genetic composition. Besides food traceability, labelling of date of packaging and perishable dates are required for most products too.

In part as a result of these points, we are seeing a clear increase in the demand for sticker and label removal from crates. The major crate pool companies are responsible to move the stickers from the crates. The returned crates are returned in formats so that it is difficult to trace which crate came from which company and therefore it is difficult to tackle a company about this matter.

For this reason Numafa CL has developed the ‘label remover’ with which the labels can be removed from the crates using high-pressure cleaning. The pressure needed to remove the label without damaging the crate depends on the sort of material and the type of glue. Usually the pressure lies Labels will be removed under high pressurebetween 20 and 160 Bar (compared with 3 to 4 Bar in a normal wash). It is also possible to remove the labels from all four sides and even the inside in a single wash.

Fine filtration is almost inextricably linked with the label remover. The labels finish up as small particles in the circulation water and have to be filtered out. Depending on the fineness of these particles Numafa CL recommends various methods of filtration, from large to fine filtration. In terms of costs, filtration is attractive as the water can be used for longer and you therefore use considerably less.
