De Boer invests in new washing system The De Boer company is a tent rental business. It is a market leader in the rental of temporary accommodation, handling projects for events such as parties, festivals,fairs and for commercial environments such as shops, supermarkets and offices. The head office is located in Alkmaar, with many sales offices spread throughout the world. The entire organisation is managed from the office in Bree (Belgium), where the tents are distributed from their significant location. In Bree, De Boer not only produces the tents, they are also subjected to a complete inspection and then cleaned, before being taken to their next destination. Cleaning these huge canvas sheets is a highly specialised job. De Boer spent more than two years looking for a supplier who could fulfil all their requirements. The power of Internet It was with great pride that Numafa CL launched its upgraded website, now more than a year ago. Our next step was to attract as many visitors to the site as possible and for this, we used ‘Search Engine Marketing’ (SEM). This term covers all the activities undertaken to have a website appear higher in the results from a search engine. The aim of SEM is the same as with regular marketing, namely to generate more leads, greater turnover and better name recognition.
