Timesavers provides wide-belt abrasive machines for metal, wood, plastics and a wide range of other materials.

The Grindingmaster machines for the metal industry are used in the following categories: debarring, finishing, calibrating, etc. For debarring they use belt, brush and disc. For surface finishing they use belt, brush and special heads for applying a finish according to the customer’s demands. For calibrating, they mainly use a wide-belt abrasive machine, specifically designed in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements.

The company produces the following wood surfacing machines: finish sanders, abrasive planers, combination knife planer/sanders, feed-through orbitals, rough lumber abrasive planers, veneer polishers, seal sanders, edge profile sanders, moulding sanders and panel shape/sanding machines.

In addition to the abrasive and polishing range for stainless steel and ordinary steel plates, there is now also a Numafa CL washing machine for removing residual metal chips and polishing fluid. Following the cleaning process, the plates and coils are again thoroughly dried using an airblow system. It is essential that the plate is 100% dry, to prevent rust and stains. Normally, this is made possible not only by an airblow system, but through the combination of the smooth surface of the product and the special designed air knives, whereby the residual moisture can be 100% blown dry, using high-pressure air.

The plates and coils, which are some three kilometres long, are then rolled up again following drying, for subsequent use in the processing industry.
