For years now Animex is Poland’s biggest meat exporter. Besides the world famous Krakus ham and sausages( Morliny) Animex also produces fresh pork meat, beef and poultry. With three production plants, the company is exporting these different sorts of meat to The European Union and the United States. To keep the quality of the meat high, it is very important to use thoroughly and hygienically cleaned crates. Numafa has a lot of experience in meat crates and therefore the company asked us to give the perfect solution for cleaning their polluted meat crates. Since 2006 Animex has already ordered six different kinds of washing machines by Numafa. Through our office in Poland, Numafa recommended a washing system type ECM-Q 3.4 which includes a pre wash, main wash and rinse section. To dry the crates immediately, an airblow section is integrated in the machine. The system was installed last spring and runs at full speed.
