(De)stack containers in a simple but fast and effective manner

Besides the different types of foldable and rigid crates, crates with bail arms and nestable crates, can be processed by this system. Depending on the capacity per hour and product types, our systems will (de)stack from below or from above and will also (de)stack one or more stacks simultaneously. The machine operates as a stand-alone system, but can also be integrated in a production line.

Numafa has several (de)stackers to (de)stack different product ranges in a simple but fast and effective way. The machines can be divided into three types:

Container (de)stacker
The container (de)stacker can (de)stack containers in a simple but fast and effective manner. The (de)stacker can process both foldable and rigid containers. Depending on the capacity and the weight of the container, various types of (de)stackers can be supplied. The machine operates as a stand-alone system, but can also be integrated in a production line from. 

Containers are often washed underneath with open sides. Therefore, the containers has to be tilted before or after the washing process. After (de)stacking the containers, there is also the possibility to apply an automatic tilting system. Depending on capacity and the weight of the containers, several types can be applied for this.

Pallet (de)stacker
The pallet (de)stacker destack and/or stack pallets in a simple but fast and effective manner. Depending on the capacity and the weight of the pallets, various types of (de)stackers can be supplied. The machine operates as a stand-alone system, but can also be integrated in a production line from. Besides pallets, this (de)stacker can also (de)stack dividers, spacers or top frames.
