What is the difference between an air blow section, a centrifuge and a drying tunnel?
An air blow section removes surface moisture immediately after washing using high-velocity air, fast and effective as a first drying step.
A centrifuge dries crates using centrifugal force and is extremely energy efficient, with a capacity of up to 6,000 crates per hour.
A drying tunnel uses heated air to achieve up to 100% dryness and is the most thorough drying option available.
An air blow section and drying tunnel can be combined for maximum results. The right choice depends on the type of product carrier, the required dryness level and your production speed.
Can drying options be integrated with a Numafa washing machine?
