The crate washer delivers excellent results in both cleaning and drying. Residual water is effectively removed from the products and returned to the washer for optimal water reuse. This ensures that crates leave the process clean, which is essential in the food processing industry.
The investment in the crate washer was a strategic decision to reduce labor and energy costs. At the same time, it has resulted in a significant increase in capacity. The system now processes up to 1,750 crates per hour, enabling Ouwehand Visverwerking to operate more efficiently and scale production.
